Payment Terms

1. Payment Structure

• 50% Advance Payment: 50% of the total fee must be paid in advance to initiate any service.
• 30% Mid-Work Payment: When 50% of the work is completed, 30% payment becomes mandatory.
• 20% Final Payment: The remaining 20% amount will be paid when the work is fully completed and final delivery is made.

2. Mandatory Payment Policy

• If due payment is not made on the scheduled time, access to services or work delivery will be suspended.
• Under no circumstances will there be any refund facility.
• If the client fails to make the scheduled payment, the company reserves the right to take legal action.

3. Work Delay & Penalty

• If there is any delay in work due to reasons from Vexnora Fusion Technology, the client may receive appropriate refund or compensation.
• If the client fails to provide required information or resources on time, causing work delay, no refund will be provided and additional charges may apply.

4. Additional Notes

• Payments must always be made through the company's official bank account or digital payment gateway.
• Legal proceedings will apply for any unjustified disputes or delayed payments.
• In case of non-payment by the client, Vexnora Fusion Technology reserves the right to cancel services and take necessary legal steps.
