Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Vexnora Fusion Technology ("Company") and the client receiving services ("Client"). This agreement establishes the rules and conditions for services provided by the Company.

2. Terms of Service Usage

• The Client is not permitted to receive or use any service that violates the Indian Information Technology Act or World Information Technology Act.
• If any service violates legal restrictions, the Company will not be obligated to provide that service.

3. Payments and Fees

• The Client must pay the fees determined for the services.
• No fees higher or lower than the determined amount will be charged.
• Payment rules and conditions will be according to the Company's predetermined policy.

4. Service Terms and Duration

• The duration and terms of services will be determined in three phases, which will be communicated to the Client in advance.
• The complete service process will follow the terms provided by the Company.
• The Client will not share any service-related information with another company without prior permission from the Company.

5. Disagreement and Feedback Policy

• If the Client is not satisfied with the service, they may inform the Company and provide appropriate feedback.
• The Client may keep their feedback public, but it should not contain negative marketing or abusive comments.
• The Client may share their feedback on the Company's official social media accounts or website.

6. Privacy and Data Security

• Any information shared between the Client and Company will be kept confidential.
• No service-related information will be shared with any other party without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

• If any dispute arises, it will be resolved through discussion and mutual agreement.
• In case of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat according to the Company's registered office.

8. Final Terms

• This agreement has been accepted with mutual consent from both parties.
• The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement as needed.
• The Client must read and agree to this agreement before services will be provided.
